Matthew Partyka, CPA

Principal

Matt is the founding Shareholder and President of the firm. He is a Licensed and Certified Public Accountant in the state of Michigan and supervises the firm’s overall operations. Over the past 32 years, Matt has worked with a wide range of business and individual clients, providing them with high quality accounting, tax, business planning and business consulting services. Those services include financial statement analysis, business planning, tax planning, accounting systems management, and organizational consulting.

Jeannie Pauli, CPA

Senior Accounting Advisor

Jeannie has been a partner at the firm since 1987. She received a Bachelor’s of Accountancy from Walsh College in 1986. She has been licensed to practice in the State of Michigan since 2001 and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants. Jeannie has more than 30 years of experience working with clients in providing quality accounting and small business advisory services. Her experience includes construction, medical practice, retail, manu.

Christine Peters, CPA

Tax Manager

Christine received a Master’s of Accountancy from Walsh College in 2012 and a Bachelor’s of Business Administration from Baker College in 2010. She had been working in the public accounting field prior to joining Partyka & Company, P.C. in 2009. Her work includes a focus on tax preparation and compliance, tax planning and a variety of consulting projects. She has been a licensed CPA since 2014. Christine is a member of the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants and is an active board member of the Walsh Col.

Phil Partyka

Associate

Phil is a staff accountant who has been with the firm since October of 2012. Phil is a graduate of Hillsdale College where he obtained a Bachelor’s of Arts in Accounting. He provides assistance in the preparation of financial statements and tax returns for a variety of clients in various industries.

Phil resides in Royal Oak and is an avid golfer and ice hockey player in his free time, while also pursuing his public accounting certification.

Pete Partyka

Associate

Pete is a staff accountant and has been with the firm since May of 2015. Pete graduated from Oakland University where he obtained a Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting. Pete resides in Berkley, MI and is pursuing his public accounting certification.

Outside of academics and his day to day responsibilities at the firm, Pete considers himself an avid golfer.

Rachael Davis

Staff

Rachael is a Staff Accountant who has been with the firm since December 2014. She has over 14 years of accounting experience.

Rachael resides in Rochester Hills with her husband and three children. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family.

Elana Tworek

Staff

Elana received a Bachelor’s of Business Administration from Davenport University with an emphasis in accounting. She is a member of the American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers. She joined Partyka & Company in January of 2014 and brings over 20 years of professional office experience to the firm.

Elana enjoys long walks, leisurely bike rides, reading and spending time with friends and family.
